Gage is from Baxley, Georgia. He attended Augusta University from 2015-2016 where he was an infielder on Augusta University’s baseball team. Gage transferred to the University of Georgia and completed his undergraduate education in 2018, graduating summa cum laude with degrees in Agribusiness and Agricultural and Applied Economics. Gage attended the University of Georgia School of Law and graduated in 2023. Gage began his legal career at Atkinson Ferguson, LLC in January of 2024.
Gage’s practice areas include government law, business litigation, and commercial real estate. A significant portion of his practice centers on assisting local governments with various matters involving contract negotiation, employment law, voting law, zoning law, and various taxation issues. Gage’s practice also encompasses a variety of business litigation matters involving contract disputes and property rights disputes. Finally, Gage is also involved in the facilitation of commercial real estate transactions through the drafting of easements, leases, and other associated documents involved in the acquisition and development process.
