Amy maintains a civil litigation practice with a focus on local government representation, real estate litigation, and business representation. She also represents governmental agencies in regulatory proceedings against licensed professionals. Amy has significant experience defending local government entities at the trial and appellate level in cases involving zoning and land use, eminent domain, constitutional law, environmental law, and real estate law.
Amy grew up in Lawrenceville, Georgia. She graduated from the University of Georgia in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. She attended the Mercer University School of Law, graduating in 2005. Amy and her family have lived in Walton County since 2007.
